Romay is a tall, sleek, Black male with waves and a fade hairstyle. He is often seen in fancy suits and traverses his city with luxury cars. Romay appears to be the prodigal son of Elm Ridge, having grown up in the slums to be a successful businessperson and politician. Romay received the power of telekinesis when he was a teenager from the biggest corporation in Elm Ridge, DeltaCorp. In DeltaCorp’s eyes, they were testing a new brain technology on a person that no one would care about if something bad were to occur. What occurred was the opposite, Romay became all powerful and used his newly found powers to take over DeltaCorp. Then he grew his wealth and started making plans to take over the city as its mayor and eventually the state and then look to become the most powerful man in the nation. His lust for power has corrupted him beyond repair, he knows he is powerful and instead of wanting to use that power to ensure his city is prosperous, Romay wants to use the power to ensure that he alone is prosperous, and everyone obeys him. Romay believes his word is law, and Elementus is the one person in Elm Ridge that can stop him from achieving his goals.
